- Jointing Brick and Block Structures in the Workplace
- Laying Bricks and Blocks to Line in the Workplace
- Moving, Handling and Storing Resources in the Workplace
- Preparing and Mixing Concrete and Mortars in the Workplace
Level 2
This qualification is ideal for individuals who work or want to work as a bricklayer in the construction industry.
In this level you will be –
- Conforming to General Health, Safety and Welfare in the Workplace
- Conforming to Productive Working Practices in the Workplace
- Erecting Masonry Cladding in the Workplace
- Erecting Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Erecting Thin Joint Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Laying Domestic Drainage in the Workplace
- Maintaining Slate and Tile Roofing in the Workplace
- Moving, Handling and Storing Resources in the Workplace
- Placing and Finishing Non-Specialist Concrete in the Workplace
- Plastering and Rendering Surfaces in the Workplace
- Repairing and Maintaining Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Setting Out Masonry Structures in the Workplace
Level 3
This qualification is for learners who work as a bricklayer in the construction industry and want to develop their skills in advanced brickwork.
In this level you will be –
- Confirming the Occupational Method of Work in the Workplace
- Confirming Work Activities and Resources for an Occupational Work Area in the Workplace
- Conforming to General Health, Safety and Welfare in the Workplace
- Developing and Maintaining Good Occupational Working Relationships in the Workplace
- Erecting Complex Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Erecting Masonry Cladding in the Workplace
- Erecting Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Erecting Thin Joint Masonry Structures in the Workplace
- Laying Domestic Drainage in the Workplace
- Maintaining Slate and Tile Roofing in the Workplace
- Placing and Finishing Non-Specialist Concrete in the Workplace
- Plastering and Rendering Surfaces in the Workplace
- Repairing and Maintaining Masonry Structures in the Workplace

To complete level 1, level 2 or level 3 you must achieve a number of credits from mandatory units and credits from optional units. This will increase as the levels increase.
