At Coleg QS Training, we aim to work closely with our employers and learners to provide the best service we can as a training provider.
It is very important to us that our employers and our learners are matched suitably so both can get the best out of the JGW+ and Apprenticeship programmes.
We give all our employers the opportunity to interview the learner before deciding to take them on to see whether the learner will thrive within the company.
Through creating good working relationships, we hope that the learner will excel in their chosen trade and will be a great asset to the company.
